Profile:
I have always held Hooe Primary with great affection, having taught here from 1991 to 2001 and as SENCO until 2007.
Both of my children attended the school, and I am pleased to be able to give something back to the school as a Governor.
My hobbies and interests include swimming, walking and sewing – and I have just discovered a new interest in gardening.
I am passionate about my role as a member of the governing board; being a champion and critical friend to Kate and the staff team to ensure our children in the local community receive an excellent and well-rounded education.
It is a privilege to work with such a dedicated team of staff and governors.
