Mrs Ferguson - Year 2
My name is Mrs Ferguson and I teach in year two, as part of the year two teaching team. I work part time and I am usually in school Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I lead Writing at Hooe, within the school English team, working alongside Mrs Lewin and Mr Ford to further develop our love of reading and writing at Hooe. I am very passionate about English Literature - especially writing - holding a degree in English Literature Studies, before converting with my PGCE to go into teaching. I also co-ordinate Design Technology (DT) across the school.
My teaching career began in 2006, and I joined Hooe Primary Academy in 2022. I have been made to feel very welcome since joining Hooe and really feel part of this wonderful school community.
